Terms of service
Terms of Service: Lumina Yoga
Last Updated: March 2026
Welcome to our studio! This demo account is designed to give you a "breath of fresh air" and a sneak peek into our community. By creating a demo account, you’re agreeing to the following terms.
1. The "Demo" Scope
Purpose: This account is for trial purposes only. Think of it as a test drive for your zen.
Limitations: Demo accounts may have limited access to certain high-demand classes, advanced workshops, or premium content.
Expiration: Your demo access will automatically expire after the designated trial period. We reserve the right to end or change the demo experience at any time.
2. Your Health & Safety
Yoga is a physical practice. While we aim for peace, we want to keep your body intact:
Listen to Your Body: Please consult a doctor before starting any new physical routine. If something hurts, stop.
Assumption of Risk: By participating in classes (digital or in-person), you acknowledge that physical activity carries a risk of injury. You agree that the studio is not liable for any injuries sustained during your demo period.
3. Account Conduct
Be Kind: We’re all here to de-stress. Harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate account termination.
One Per Person: Please don't create multiple demo accounts to "hack" a forever-free membership. That’s bad karma.
4. Data & Privacy
Information Collection: We collect basic info (name, email) to set up your account.
Demo Data: We may use your feedback or usage patterns to improve the studio experience.
Account Deletion: Once the demo expires, we may keep your contact info to send you a one-time offer, but we’ll never sell your data. You can opt-out at any time.
5. Disclaimers
"As-Is": The demo is provided without any specific warranties. We’re yogis, not magicians—we can't guarantee the app will never glitch or that you'll master a headstand in three days.
Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the studio's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the demo (which, in this case, is likely $0).
Note: This is a simplified template for demonstration purposes and does not constitute formal legal advice. If you're launching a real business, I'd definitely recommend having a legal professional give it a once-over!
